Brantley has over 20 years of experience in litigation and legal mediation in Collin County, serving the communities of McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano and beyond. He facilitates settlements in small disputes, as well as large, multi-party disputes. His 20-year experience in the courtroom enables him to provide a realistic approach to difficult matters. Fees
- Full-day Mediation
Available from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a rate of $1,750.00 per party for a two-party case. If there are more than two parties, the rate is $1,200.00 per party (lunch provided). - Half-day Mediation
Available from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at a rate of $750.00 per party for a two-party case. If there are more than two parties, the rate is $550.00 per party.
