David M. Kennedy joined Saunders, Walsh & Beard in 2018 as Of Counsel. David’s focus has always been in the preparation and trial of civil disputes, and he Bringing over 35 years of civil trial litigation experience with him. David will continue to focus on matters headed to the courtroom. David is Board Certified in pretrial and trial practice and licensed to practice in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. He has also served the State Bar of Texas and other national organizations as a guest author and lecturer for continuing legal education. Additionally, David has served on the Board of Examiners for the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
