Core Values

Saunders Walsh & Beard Core Values

1. The clients’ “experience” is of paramount importance.

Our primary goal is to make our clients happy. We strive to do this by providing high quality legal services and a “client experience” unlike any other in North Texas. We want our clients to become “raving fans” – those who would gladly use our services again and who refer others to us.

2. Our attorneys and staff abide by the golden rule.

We treat each other and our clients as we would like to be treated – with respect, fairness, and compassion. By adhering to the golden rule, we hope to cultivate a teamwork approach and environment where our employees enjoy working with one another and coming to work every day.

3. A commitment to family, community, and life outside of work.

While the commitments we make to our clients and each other are important, we understand there is more to life than work. We hire people who recognize this, and who enjoy spending time with family and friends, or engaging in other activities designed to benefit themselves or the community they live in. Enjoying family, community, and life outside of work is not just a good idea – it helps us foster a positive work environment, maintain profitability, and avoid personnel issues that detract us from our primary goal – to make our clients happy.
