**Senior Associate:  Saunders, Walsh & Beard seeks a licensed 6+ year Commercial Litigation Attorney.  Must have significant experience in taking/defending depositions, attending hearings,  drafting/responding to motions and discovery, and overall case management. First chair experience in construction law/insurance defense/commercial litigation required.   Great opportunity for an autonomous attorney looking for a change!
