Jacob D. Thomas is a civil litigator with decades of experience representing businesses and individuals before Texas courts. Board certified in construction law, AV-rated, and annually recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer, Jacob has the knowledge and experience necessary to expeditiously analyze the parties’ positions and assist them in reaching a mutually beneficial resolution to their dispute. Jacob’s mediation practice is focused on resolving conflicts involving commercial construction, residential construction, partner/shareholder litigation, and general business disputes.
Jacob endeavors to provide a convenient and affordable option for lawyers and their clients seeking to resolve disputes pending in Texas courts. While located in Collin County, Mr. Thomas will mediate anywhere in the state of Texas.
Fees
- Full-day Mediation
Available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a rate of $2,400.00 per party for a two-party case. If there are more than two parties, the rate is $1,750.00 per party. - Half-day Mediation (available for 2-party cases only)
Available from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at a rate of $900.00 per party for a two-party case.
