Collin County Legal Mediation and Dispute Resolution

Jacob D. Thomas is a civil litigator with decades of experience representing businesses and individuals before Texas courts. Board certified in construction law, AV-rated, and annually recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer, Jacob has the knowledge and experience necessary to expeditiously analyze the parties’ positions and assist them in reaching a mutually beneficial resolution to their dispute. Jacob’s mediation practice is focused on resolving conflicts involving commercial construction, residential construction, partner/shareholder litigation, and general business disputes. Jacob is one of only a handful of mediators based in Collin County that focuses solely on commercial litigation.

Collin County is one of the fastest growing counties in the nation with a population that will soon rival Dallas County. However, many litigants before Collin County courts mediate their cases in Dallas. Jacob endeavors to provide a more convenient and affordable alternative for lawyers and their clients seeking to resolve disputes pending in Collin County.
