Collin County Legal Mediation and Dispute Resolution
Mr. Isaacks began his civil litigation practice in North Texas in 1980 and has devoted his career to litigation and mediation. He has been mediating cases for over 30 years and offers his services in all types of commercial, real estate, and eminent domain disputes. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and has the AV rating by Martindale Hubbell.
He combines his knowledge and experience gained through his decades of representing clients in litigation with his commitment to the process of resolving disputes through mediation to avoid the costs and risks of trial. Mediations are conducted in person as well as by zoom.
Fees
- Full-day Mediation
Available from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a rate of $2,000.00 per party. - Half-day Mediation
Available from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a rate of $1,000.00 per party.
