  • Lead counsel for Allen ISD in dispute over defects in $60M Allen Eagle Stadium; secured full repair of Stadium at no cost to taxpayers.
  • Leads legal team responsible for negotiating, drafting and managing $1.6B in contracts for Bois D’Arc Lake construction program.
  • Lead counsel for regional water treatment plant owner in litigation seeking damages for extensive leaks in filter gallery tank walls; successfully obtained multi-million dollar settlement.

Hobbies and Interests

A father of two boys, Mark has devoted his off-duty time primarily to coaching youth sports and following his boys around the baseball fields, golf courses, and swimming pools of North Texas. At last count, Mark has coached more than 14 seasons of various baseball, basketball, and soccer teams in the DFW area. Mark’s favorite use of his free time includes playing golf with his two sons, who attend Baylor Law School and Baylor University, and attending Baylor University athletic events.
