Chapman Bauerlein

As a partner at Saunders, Walsh & Beard, Chapman Bauerlein represents clients in commercial and construction disputes throughout Texas. Since his first year of practice, Chapman has been involved in complex, high-stakes litigation, including representing hundreds of clients nationwide in defective products claims against major medical device manufacturers. Today, his practice focuses on all aspects of business law and litigation, handling commercial disputes, construction claims, and a variety of general civil litigation matters.

Chapman is committed to finding solutions to his clients’ problems, bringing a flexible and creative approach that recognizes no two cases are the same. He believes strong communication is essential to working as efficiently as possible, ensuring clients remain informed and engaged throughout the process. His most recent courtroom success, a $2.5 million verdict in a business dispute, demonstrates his ability to deliver exceptional results in complex cases.

Chapman earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Texas Tech University, where he served as president and captain of a nationally ranked rugby team. Outside of his legal practice, Chapman enjoys photography, and his photos have been featured in exhibitions across the country. He has also previously served on the board of a local photography non-profit. An avid cyclist and Ironman finisher, he enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with his family.
