Client Care Coordinator & Legal Operations Specialist

Rosemary obtained a B.S. in Psychology from Utah State University in 2001. Joining Saunders, Walsh & Beard in August of 2017, she adds extensive experience in customer service, marketing, process improvement, job training and workforce education. Her unique combination of skills and experience have Rosemary serving as our Client Care Coordinator and Legal Operations Specialist in addition to a multi-faceted supporting role for the attorneys and staff of the firm. Rosemary completed Pre-Exaimer Training from the Quality Texas Foundation in 2017 and is a member of the National Association of Legal Administrators and its local Dallas Chapter.
